India entered the 1990s with renewed optimism - a decade marked by liberalisation, expanding industries, and rising national ambition. Amid this transforming landscape, a young engineering graduate, Mr. Malav Parikh, envisioned a future where dependable power would become a cornerstone of India’s industrial progress. Guided by this conviction, he founded ABC Power Systems, a modest venture that would evolve into one of Gujarat’s most respected names in servo voltage stabilizers and power-conditioning solutions.

What began with "a small office, four or five associates, and one man’s unwavering belief" steadily took shape as an organisation driven by engineering depth, integrity, and uncompromised values. In its early phase, the company focused on manufacturing Isolation Transformers and CVTs, supplying to servo stabilizer manufacturers across Gujarat while also serving as an OEM partner. Even in those formative years, Mr. Malav held a clear aspiration - "to build a company defined by quality, ethics, and consistent performance."

Within five years, that aspiration translated into growth and diversification. A sister concern, ABC Power Industries, was established to expand manufacturing capabilities from 1 kVA to 2000 kVA servo stabilizers. The organisation gained operational structure, new talent joined the journey, and the foundation for long-term scalability was firmly established.

The early years were marked by challenges. Limited financial resources meant that every decision demanded precision, discipline, and courage. But where capital was constrained, conviction was abundant. For Mr. Malav, "passion became the investing force" that sustained momentum. He immersed himself deeply in product design, R&D, development, and shop-floor engineering - instilling a culture of discipline, ownership, and technical excellence. The product portfolio that defines the company today stands as a reflection of his hands-on vision and relentless commitment.

A decade later, the company’s progress became unmistakable. ABC Power Systems established its second manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, marking its transition from a growing enterprise into a structured industrial organisation. As customer expectations expanded, Mr. Malav took a defining step - the creation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread across 5 acres in Mehsana, located 50 km from Ahmedabad. Today, this advanced plant spans 125,000 sq. ft., with 75,000 sq. ft. dedicated to manufacturing, serving as a nucleus for innovation, capability expansion, and future growth.

The years 2020 to 2022 represented a phase of consolidation and institutional maturity. Enhanced technical approvals, upgraded certifications, and a long-standing foundation of ISO compliance further strengthened organisational credibility. The team expanded to over 100 skilled professionals, each embodying the discipline and craftsmanship cultivated by the founder. In this natural evolution, ABC Power Systems and ABC Power Industries merged into a unified LLP - "Sarthi Powertronics LLP", consolidating expertise, infrastructure, and strategic direction under a single identity. The company’s emblem - its mascot - symbolises "power, reliability, commitment, and trust", values earned through decades of consistent delivery and integrity.

From a small CVT and isolation transformer unit, the organisation has evolved into a respected servo stabilizer manufacturer with deep roots across Gujarat. After deliberately strengthening its home market and operational foundations, the company is now prepared to expand across the Western region and, ultimately, Pan-India.

Across industries, hospitals, commercial establishments, and residential environments, Sarthi’s solutions enable customers to overcome voltage instability with confidence and operational efficiency. Each product reflects a philosophy shaped by the founder:
